• Initial Meeting: I will meet with you in a private confidential consultation to discuss the events that resulted in you being injured and the injuries you sustained.
• Agreement on Fee: We will discuss and agree upon the attorney’s fees that will be charged.  These fees are usually a contingency fee, which is based upon a percentage of the amount recovered by settlement or trial.
• Representation: I will gather information about your case, investigate the incident that lead to your injuries, obtain copies of your medical records and then attempt to resolve your case with any insurer that may provide coverage to the negligent person.  If the matter cannot be settled suit would then be filed.
