-Securing The Future Of Your Assets-

Helping People Since  1977

Our purpose is to ensure that you have high quality and trustworthy legal advice in the planning and preparation of your Wills and powers of attorney and expert legal assistance in the administration of estates.

We make the process of securing the future of your assets a pleasant and rewarding experience for you.  We specialize in Will planning and preparation and in probate administration.  We look forward to serving you!

If you live in the Atlanta Georgia metropolitan area and do not have a will, or if your will hasn't been reviewed and updated in awhile, we would be glad to help you.

Who should have a Will?

Everyone to whom any of these circumstances apply:
  • Has a minor child or children;
  • Travels;
  • Recently relocated to Georgia;
  • Owns property such as a home, business, a car, bank accounts, stocks and bonds, jewelry, clothing, and household goods;
  • Has a domestic partner.

If you do not have a will:

  • You will have no say in the naming a guardian of your minor children for their care and financial future.
  • You will have no say in who gets your property.
  • A domestic partner would not receive any property.
  • You will not control who would be appointed to administer your estate.
  • It could cause family disharmony.
  • Your estate will incur unnecessary expenses and delay.

Benefits of having a Will:

  • Ensure that your assets are received by the people you want to have them, including domestic partners;
  • Give you peace of mind by having named the guardians for your children;
  • Ensure property left for the benefit of children is properly managed;
  • Avoid/minimize family disharmony;
  • Allow you to make the proper choice of who will carry out your wishes;
  • Help your loved ones avoid time consuming and costly probate procedures;
  • Avoid unnecessary expenses;
  • Allow you to make educated decisions about the future of your family and your assets.

We believe that an educated person makes the best decisions in protecting and directing the future of their assets.

Once you become our client, we will:

  • Educate you by assisting you to understand the laws concerning Wills and probate;
  • Advise you on your options concerning your individual Wills;
  • Help your executors understand the requirements of estate administration in Georgia.

Benefits of using our professional services:

  • Simplification of a complicated process;
  • Dedication to the protection of your assets;
  • Professional and personal attention;
  • Help in controlling your assets;
  • Genuine care for you and your loved ones;
  • Help in understanding your legal options;
  • Peace of mind that your wishes will be carried out in a legal manner;
  • Over 30 years legal experience.
